Ypssi, an officially recognized "Youth European Network"

Since may 2009 Ypssi is officially recognized as a "Youth European Network" and that according to its "Youth activity".
That means that from now on Ypssi can propose global actions directy to the Brussels Office and not only to the National Youth Offices.
